Pelvic Health

Pelvic Health Group Class is for anyone that wants to know more about exercises for the pelvic floor, but still wants a work out! 

This will largely be a MatWork, Body Weight class. Approrpriate for antenatal (pregnancy) patients.

Mums & Bubs

A post-natal class tailored to a gentle return to exercise while you recover. You can bring your little one to class to get involved but also feel free to just bring yourself!

Restorative Stretch

This class is based on the practice of yoga. This class is to help you unwind by connecting your mind and body.

You will feel heated at times, but largely we will be holding poses to focus on what our body is telling us and to slow down.

Core Strength

This class is a great way to break up your day by connecting to your core and breath. Feel stronger with lower impact exercise- great if you are on a rehabilitation journey and still managing pain.
