Pelvic Health Group Class is for anyone that wants to know more about exercises for the pelvic floor, but still wants a work out!
This will largely be a MatWork, Body Weight class. Approrpriate for antenatal (pregnancy) patients.
Mums & Bubs
A post-natal class tailored to a gentle return to exercise while you recover. You can bring your little one to class to get involved but also feel free to just bring yourself!
This is also suitable for pregnant women looking for a tailored workout which is appropriate during pregnancy.
